Terms and Conditions of Cleaning Services


  1. The customer agrees to sign the Agreement prior the first cleaning visit.
  2. The customer agrees to pay by Direct Debit, Bank Transfer or Cheque on a weekly basis prior the cleaning.
  3. Avic Domestic Cleaning reserves the right to suspend cleaning services if weekly payments are missed.
  4. Minimum duration of 2 hours of cleaning per week required.
  5. A rough estimate of the duration of cleaning services is given based on clients’ residence. Please note that duration may vary depending on tasks required to be carried out, therefore flexibility is required.
  6. Customer agrees to provide a task list.
  7. Cleaning products are provided by customer and the customer has to ensure the products are safe to use, all electric equipment is in safe working order.
  8. There is a charge of £2.50 per clean if customer requires Avic Domestic Cleaning to provide any cleaning products.
  9. Customer should give any special instructions on cleaning any delicate items.


  1. Avic Domestic Cleaning has a Public Liability Insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused while cleaning customer’s property.

Customer Satisfaction

  1. Customer understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds.
  2. If the customer is not completely satisfied with cleaning job, Avic Domestic Cleaning will re-clean any areas and items to customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, customer must allow the cleaner to return.
  3. Customer must be present at all times during recovery-clean.


  1. Avic Domestic Cleaning reserves the right not to be liable for:
  • Cleaning jobs not complete due to the lack hot water or power.
  • Third party entering or present at customer’s property during cleaning process.
  • Wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed.
  • Failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard cleaning products.
  • Any damages caused by faulty or not in full working order detergents/equipment supplied by customer.
  • If the customer has items which need special cleaning methods or special cleaning detergents, Avic Domestic Cleaning reserves the right to refuse the provision of cleaning detergents.


  1. Customer may cancel or adjust the time of cleaning/visit by giving at least of 48 hours advanced notice.
  2. The customer agrees to pay the full price of cleaning if the appointment is cancelled or amended less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
